I ever said that there is no room for huge improvement.
But I do not have tunnelvision and can see very well both the direction in the production increase and the acceptance of the technology. I have been here longer than many and and have seen the technology change from the early days of Media Cloque which was rejected not only by the industry but by the consumer as well.That is when Media Max was developed.
Sure we have been told a full BMG rollout was to come last year then beginning of this year.
We forget that throuout that time span a major merger took place between BMG and Sony and many decision were put on hold until the mrger was complete and dcorporate differances settled
The people who originally gave the rollout indication became very cautious (job security was paramout] and delay after delay followed. Since we do not dictate what when or whether a Major Recording Company uses the technology and a can only go by what they indicate they intend to do. Remeber they did their own testing , consumer surveys, made test runs , had promos waited for consumer feedback, etc, etc, etc.
What could Sunnxcomm/MMXT have done to increase the usage. Nothing until the recording industry decided to embrace the concept of copy managememet and decisde to to a great degree!

That is where we are today!
The industry has finally come to the conclusion that copy mangement is a concept worth embracing.
Will we be ble to take to take advantage of that and other opportunities? I say yes, but you can draw your own conclusions and undoubtedly will!
