The power of attorney IMO is the MOST telling portion of the filing. There is no reason for an ACTIVE CEO or director to have to use a power of attorney to file a filing other than......there already gone!!
Soooo, power of attorney + new legal counsel= Fann and crew are gone. Merger filings any day now IMO.
