#1247 RE: INFGFX #1246

The way it usually works here on Ihub is as follows:

A leader (often paid to promote the stock) picks a stock or is told which stock by the main promoter. They frontload the stock by picking up a ton of shares while everything is quiet with the stock. This is often done unbeknownst to the company.

Once the "investors" are fully loaded with shares, they swoop onto a board with nothing but posts about how great the company is, charts, level 2 play-by-play, and how they'll be buying shares when the stock opens tomorrow (any of this sound familiar?). They try to time this to news being released by the company.

The day they all say they were going to be loading shares, they are actually dumping shares to the folks that got sucked in by all the talk of how great the stock is. They make their profit, sometimes big, sometimes small...and then move on to another stock to do the same thing, leaving a bunch of people holding the bag that bought on the hype and don't understand why the price dropped instead of going up.

It happens here every day in the Ihub world. Sometimes the company is part of the process but often they are actually victims of the process as the result gives the company/stock a bad name.
