Manipulation!!! I still say there was obvious manipulation, if you notice when the Bid got higher than the the Ask the PPS would go up and as soon as it would start to go up then the Ask would get way higher then the bid and send it back down and the PPS stayed around 0.0005 most of the day as if the MM's wanted it at that price, it seemed like they were keeping the price and volume at a range that facilitated them dumping their shares, then notice at the end of the day just like magic the Bid and Ask becomes equal with 13 million on the Bid and 13 million on the Ask and then the PPS goes up a little as if it was manipulated to do so
