That was MO for the old management (paying pumpers). Too many investors got sick of it, because it always led to more dilution.

IMO, we need the new management, especially Mr. Harrison, to make an announcement about his plans and strategies moving forward. I'm sure a lot of things are still being put into order before that can happen, but to me, that will be the kickoff of this PPS moving anywhere.
