I Haven't seen the film but the "Governor of Arizona etc." is misleading. She stopped the paper work for permits because the feds were threatening to arrest anyone working in them, including the state employees who were processing the paper work. That's been settled now I think.

I hope the rest of this film is not skimming facts. Making me nervous.
