Fred, I think so! That's why UWBK can't accept this "low-ball deal"........

UWBK holding company has Debt and if FDIC pay out $175 milion for shareholders, how about the holding company?

Do you think they get nothing from the "settlement"???
My personal thinking: If FDIC settlement with cash, there will be between $500 million-----$900 million that UWBK holding company can accept it !!!

I still believe that $4/pps--$10/pps for shareholders in the final settlement!!!
