It would be in their best interest to sell the company. Even if they did a 1 for 10 reverse split first which would bring the share structure down to around 300 million only and make it a lot more attractive. There are always investors looking to invest in shells. They just have to advertise. Maybe they arent quite sure what to do with it yet?
