The text in blue from Almost Family's website was copied verbatim to the Home Health International, Inc. website. Almost Family is a legitimate NASDAQ-traded home health provider (NASDAQ:AFAM). Home Health International, Inc. (HHII.PK) is a non-existent fraud attempting to dump stock on the public market.

Home Health International, Inc. was a Florida corporation based in Boca Raton from 1994-2004 but has been administratively dissolved. Lazaro L. Garcia does not seem to have been involved.

There is no current Florida corporation by this name that would allow HHII to legally operate in that state.

HHII FRAUD ALERT!!!! Home Health International, Inc. (HHII.PK) does not appear to be in operation at all. There is no telephone number or legitimate address for the company. The website domain was first registered in March 2012 using a Canadian privacy service to hide who actually registered it. Virtually all text on the HHII website is plagiarized from Almost Family, Inc. -- a NASDAQ-traded home health company.

Christopher Davies still seems to be running the show, not someone named Lazaro L. Garcia.
