I remmber that has well, it was 2009 around the time the 048 got revalidated and we signed an agreement with Neustar.

Perhaps the market was very small and hence here we are again, possible with YA debt out of the picture and with smartphones either coming with 2dbarcode reader or apps readly available for 2D scanning, we might finally get the traction we need.

I don't recall ever having somebody working "only" for the latam market, ever.I do remember PR about patents in Mexico and fluff about latam. But no person specific in charge of Latam
