Put yourself in the mindset of an attorney Sevit. Do you actually think an attorney/law firm is going to waste their time with a measly $1700 lawsuit?? I highly doubt that. If you read the link to the lawsuit there are multiple laws that Sutton violated. My guess is the lawyers are going after Sutton for a lot more than $1700.

More to this story than $1700 IMO.
