He said it is his guess not definitive...Here is what the S4 filing says:

Vringo expects to complete the Merger as soon as possible following the approval of the Vringo Merger Proposals at the annual meeting, assuming the satisfaction or waiver of all other closing conditions contained in the Merger Agreement.

Seems to me they are keen on fast tracking this, June would not satisfy my interpretation and discussion with Cliff IR...
