If i recall, Paint Your Wagon mentioned something about needing a total of 30 some million shares total to force a shareholders meeting. I know of people when combined probably come close to 20 million total shares. The former attorney would be the one to call if you have shares and want to see if we can get the 30 (might have been 37) million organized shares together to force a meeting.

If we don't get a functional CEO, this thing is done.
