Proxie statements have not even been mailed out yet. 30 days plus after that. Shareholders have to vote for the merger and other things. You can read a copy of the proxie statement being sent out to shareholders. It is part of the S4 filed last week. James Aucher also mentioned June merger close.

Why R/S mentions at all, we havent come close to $3 for over a years , suddenly we have reached/ been around/above $3, why now?
