negative, ETrade has no charge, strictly $9.99/trade fee thats it never profit or quantity based..

you can get on their site

https://us.etrade.com/customer-service

there should be a link on the right that says "chat with a representative" click it, type your fast name, and then type "trade fees" in the about section ..

Same with Fidelity. Flat $7.95 trade no matter what penny or what amount bought or sold. No extra commissions or fees.

I havnt used etrade in about 4 yrs. when I did they didn't charge an OTC surcharge. Not sure if they have changed. Not sure about fidelity
