Could be? but until it comes out it's all BS. I have seen thousands of hilarious predictions over the past month. None of which have come true.
In fact, not one single thing has changed since the shares were at one tenth of a cent. The same debt and the same income still hangs over this ticker. We do however have 2 new board members. They have given us exactly zero information about the future so far.
