The Company is committed to a joint venture with Riverton Energy that requires a capital expenditure of
$1,500,000.
The Company is committed to a subscription for the purchase of five (5) units of the Cartwright #1 and #2
Project from Black Gold Exploration, LLC requiring a capital expenditure of $300,000.
The Company is committed to purchase three oil and gas leases from Rehoboth Oil & Gas LLC and Billie
Ruth Guiles requiring a capital expenditure of $150,000.
The Company is committed to a joint venture with Texas Energy, Inc. to drill three oil wells at a capital
expenditure that is yet to be determined under terms of negotiations for the definitive agreement.
The company is committed pursuant to the assignment of a joint venture interest from Marta Oil for the
expenditure of drilling expenses for up to 100 wells in KS with a definitive agreement to be finalized no later than December
30, 2011.
The Company expects to fund the above capital expenditures from a Private Placement Memorandum and
Subscription Agreement executed on October 31, 2011.
