Dilution means the debt is being paid off. Dilution is inevitable for just about any start up and is not necessarily a bad thing as long as the funds are being used properly.
ATTD has a polished (and seemingly popular) product on the shelves throughout all of Florida and has been seeing much more online orders. Seems to me that it's only a matter of time until the product is taken up by more retailers and in more states. If you think that news won't move this, think again.
The dilution is bothersome but at the same time I don't count the last "PR's" as anything significant. I believe many called them fluff and that's about right. I said several weeks ago that the next report showing actual sales figures was the only potential good news that may matter and I still think that's the case. IF there have been strong sales and reorders and the stock doesn't move then yes, I agree there's no hope for it. I'll wait till then to see. GLTA
Actually I think the next Q will make us tick up quite a bit, but be sure to sell into the highs because it will be right back down here sooner than later...take those profits and rinse/repeat for free shares into each Q this year - that's how I see it going for the next year anyway until we get our head above this debt...
