With any stock dilution is a valid possibility. I think every company sells stock to fund their operations. Is this a dilution machine I personally don't think so. Companies do reverse splits for a number of reasons one could be to tighten up the o/s and float to make the pps higher and a more attractive stock. If they are diluting they are not doing a good job at it. Pretty soon the clowns selling in the 2's will be cleared out. and this will move much higher.
