I wish SE was around, he puts together these joint venture deals with companies and accredited investors. He knows Jerry Kidd from doing business in the past. I think he told me of at least 4 JV parnters that he knows of that are taking part on these wells. It is my belief that a individual investor could have backed out, maybe got hit with a big tax bill...

I suddenly don't like the smell of this..... i know about DD but the 'story' here is getting stranger. I bought in rather high recently and while i hope to make 'something' here i think i will just put down the kool aid and back away.

first i hear their op expenses are covered for 2012, then drilling is postponed because another partner was short of cash, and the partner turns out to be ... them? is that what you're saying?
