$SIOR - I think that's just because the filings aren't up to date. That's one reason we have such good prices. I added more today. When the SEC is up to date you won't see these prices anymore. That's why we're accumulating now. Get them while the getting is good.
Look at the trades page, when it jumps back to .017 that's not just small paint jobs, that's more trades and of equal size or bigger, only a few at the lower prices, nobody is dumping this one. If I added right in my head, it's 227.5k shares at .017 and only 93.5k under .017. That matches the count for buys vs sells on the trades page, link below.
