Anyone know exactly what happened during this price drop?

Is there a different number of outstanding shares at this time? Previously, this site had DSKX with 109,000 outstanding shares.

I realize that these numbers often differ from the actual numbers. Just wondering if anyone has deterimed if the registered share count increased?

My real question....What was the reason for the price drop with the growth that was announced? (Largest challenge is cash at this time.)
