Exactly Sput, they overall Exects at Cox approved the regionals to air Q in their regions if they feel the demand is their to warrant it. Frank did get his foot in the door with Cox, and has the licensing rights to air on Cox. The have the ability to air nationally if all the affiliates decide to do so. Rome was not built in a day. But burnt fast. I think there are forces trying to burn this company down faster than it can be built, but that is just my opinion.-TW
