Hoping that some expansion was needed with the cash.

If Money wasn't needed to fund some of the budgenius operation you would imagine it would have stayed private longer right?

If you believe in the industry and that regulation of its products is going to make it stronger than this play is a no brainer to stick a small % of your portfolio in and to add to going forward.
