Who is ignoring it? All I was saying is it's common language used throughout the market. To specifically point it out and infer that it makes this company especially risky or a dangerous investment is not truthful.

exactly man.. seriously though if you are thinking about sinking 401k kind of money into this stock, then do yourself a favor..

call the company and buy em directly from them.. dont dare pay retail for em.. PCFG is offering convertible notes at upwards of 45% discount to the VWAP... so if you're gonna risk. and i do mean "RISK" 401k type of money, then you'd best call them..

i guarantee they will absolutely take your offer. its a win win.

they get your hard earned retirement funds, and you get discounted shares to spill at "in the money" margins..
