UPDATE:



The 10-Page " Motion to Intervene as a Party in Interest " that I have submitted on behalf of all LTW Holders

has just been delivered to the US Court of Federal Claims in Washington, D.C., today.



The Court Clerk advised me though - in a phone conversation - that it is Judge Block who will decide if the

Motion to Intervene is to be filed in the Anchor Litigation Case.
