That math isn't working for me.
I'm not convinced that the following is appropriate either, but I believe it's a bit more in conformity with the current set of rumors. I was responding to this (sans processor #3):
"There is no need to increase the allowed level of stored and stockpiled waste plastic to accomodate the increased through put."
4000 x 2 x 24 x .75 = 144,000lbs.
That's 72 tons out of a 75 ton limit.
That math indicates that there is no need for additional receipts of plastic into the NF facility.....no need for an increase in the SW Permit limits.....until the 3rd processor is installed and operational. That math assumes that the new Air Permit limits are being fully implemented in Processors #1 and #2.
