Well given they more than doubled the A/S on Friday AND they are merging into a "FILTHY shell" (as some have called it) AND no one knows the details of the deal AND they had a recent change of auditor AND CEO just prior to the "merger" AND the guy that registered the website for Birthdayslam.com has BIG problems with the OSC AND they just filed that NT10K AND the SEC has their eye on them (see last comment letter)- exactly what is it that makes you think this will continue to climb?
