any guesses on what it will take to push this up? i know OTC stocks can behave strangely. but it looks like the delivery to the Air Force is priced in at this point. i keep thinking Cade, who's obviously been around a long time, has something up his sleeve. this looks like it's being carefully rolled out. anyway, i hope he's got more. opinions are always appreciated.
