Every time I think I have it figured out, I find out I dont! They manipulate the pps of tickers like $FBCD all day long with small trades and can set the pps anywhere they want it, who else sells 5000 ($20) this morning to drop the pps, they make a killing on the OTC everyday and FINRA will not do jack about it...
Only other possibility, big trader wanting cheap shares.
