def, the amount of $$ the govt spends is ludacris, and even Cade said the Special Ops for the Air force, has no budget and doesn't need special approvals to order.

Plus by the looks of the unit, it may be able to be dropped by plane on a parachute of course. I have not read specs on it's weight or anything.
