Yes the TA is almost contacted for rfmk daily.....

If you want a conspiracy theory to run with, I think it's a possibility that when the dilution did occur whoever was dumping the shares was also shorting because they figured that the dilution would kill the PPS which it did however, they over shorted below .004, which ended up being the support, so instead of covering a bunch of losing shares they continued trying to short it below .004 to cover.

Their stubbornness cost them tho as RFMK tried to run yet again at the beginning of March, so they were forced yet again to short it down except this time above .005, just burying them more, since then almost daily they have shorted it down through the .004, trying to create some panic selling so they don't lose an arm and a leg and their jobs all at the same time.

Now they are probably hoping the prs dry up and investors to get bored and sell so that this thing will drift back down... for them right now it is all about deterring interest and keeping/getting people out of RFMK!

Hence why all these people (imo paid) crying about what a P.O.S. this is all the time... or what a wonderful flip trade this is, they really really would appreciate you selling them shares, and just in case you decide you want to they will keep the PPS nice and low.

I have watched this stock for a year now and have have literally watched the L2 almost every day for the past 3 months, this is JMO.
