AON orders are triggered by someone bidding that much for that number of shares. Say if I had a SELL order, all or none, for 100 shares.... it would set idle until triggered by someone placing a BUY order for 100 shares or more at .70 or more. These AON orders really have nothing to do with the Bid/Ask. I often use the AON to keep from getting a partial fill on a thinly traded stock such as IAHL.
