Hmmm... maybe. Just seems odd anyone would short it at these levels and with the potential for a merger/buyout looming.

ummm have you seen this trade the past week or so...if I remember right, volume was 7-8 million just yesterday alone

But yeah I'm sure its being shorted as well, double-edged sword as they say

Shorting a 8 cent stock is rarely done even if a pink is
a registered issue. I doubt any house would short this.
