great vid MM , Market Makers in APRI have been Manipulating this stock for a long time and I dont see much changing anytime soon. Looks like they are ignoring the new rule that came out in 08 the Fair Making requirement...and as the Buyins guy said the SEC is too busy with things..
If Management had executed their game plan better, shorts would not be shorting 30% of the daily shares traded.
I hope they right the ship and sail on ..I will be watching.
