$USNL: everything is definitely in place for the Most EPIC bounce we've seen.
1. PPS traded over .50 from Jan to Mar
2. Chart RSI=6.78
3. 50dma=.28, 200dma=$7.00
4. Company dramatically reduced A/S and restricted most of O/S
5. CEO says she will act proactively to reduce SS further if necessary and will keep shareholders up to date on company business plan (more news to come)
6. $USNL trades on top tier of otcmarkets
