He said maximum ten days, which means expect it before then, they give that long of a deadline to add some leeway, it could come tomorrow or it could come in the next ten days. He's just IR, he doesn't have the power to say by tomorrow or by this friday.

The timing of any PR, I would think, might rest with their attorney. We are unaware of what goes on behind the scenes here. Let's stop pressing anyone for any specific date, as any delay just fuels the fire of disappointment. I think/know a PR is coming, and whether it comes today, tomorrow, or next week....or after....I really don't care. When it comes....and it will, I will consider my next step of deciding when and how much to take off the table. My expectation is that I will leave at least a few million shares for the very long haul, taking off small amounts at specific intervals.
