Sorry, but Aliquot is right.
I already have my Masters in bio engineering cell and gene technology, I have had many courses that went in depth into what causes cancers on a molecular and cellular level, and I have read hundreds of papers on cancer, cannabinoids and the endocannabinoid system.
I also have some insight into the monetary system, corporations and the political system, and all this combined can only lead me to one conclusion.
Cannabis can cure most, if not all cancers, along with a large variety of other conditions. The problem with cannabis is that it can do so much, not only on a medicinal but also on an industrial level. Because of that the status quo that it threatens resides not in one particular niche, for example the cancer industry, but in a huge variety of well established industries.
This is why it has been suppressed for so long, along with the fact that it can open one's mind to the brainwashing so many are subject to in today's world.
However, we live in very interesting times. There are unignorable phenomena like global warming, global peak oil, a financial system that is getting ever more out of control etc... that will force the status quo to reach to old enemies simply to stay alive. You can stop progress as long as it is not necessary to survival. Even psychopaths will adjust if it is necessary for their survival.
