Here is the deal. I posted earlier today that NVS would at some point BUY ARIA.I think NVS will take an equity position in ARIA which will increase the share price even more(as was the case with CHIR) and enter into a Standstill Agreement that they would not acquire more than 49% over a five year period.This was the deal they did with Chiron .It also coincides with Harvey's time frame and more importantly his Ego for a Buyout in about five year's.It gives Harvey the best of both worlds and let's not forget the world is all about Harvey.

FWIW I recall a NVS SR VP saying "if we like a company we take an equity position and then if we still like it buy the whole company"
