Thanks for getting that confirmed! Again longs shouldn't be the ones squirming, it's the shorts who are probably freaking out a bit trying to figure out how they are going to cover if no one will sell to them. IMO

The SS will not change because Tom said there would not be any dilution. The funding is in the bag! It's just a matter of making sure all the details are worked out, in my opinion.

Let me throw this out there!!! What if RFMK took a percentage of the funding that they were going to receive and bought some stock back into the treasury of RFMK equity. Almost like a share buy back, but still hold the option of selling later without effecting the OS? They could basically fund their operations from the rising PPS!
