It appears to be all retail too. NITE and ETMM are the main culprits, with PERT coming in every now and then to assist. Since you cannot 'short' through these retail brokers, I would assume it is someone inside these organizations with enhanced capabilities. It seriously needs to be investigated, but of course the SEC is asleep at the wheel.....
