The SEC isn't trying to look under JBI's skirt.

In fact, in order to have been granted confidential treatment for the redacted portions of the RKT Revenue Sharing Agreement, JBI had to PROVIDE those redacted portions to the SEC. The courts played no part in that.

There are no lawsuits.....not the class action, not the derivative action and not the SEC complaint.....that are in progress that have the intent of unearthing any operational secrets, nor could they seek such information as they are currently structured.
