Hey Travis..

I feel as though PBGC is a diamond in the ruff.
At the current time either average down or take major loss depending how high you bought. I averaged way down and now only need bump to get out.

Another stock you should look at it GRNE .0006
If I were you I would pick up all the shares you can @...0005 when it dips. Should dip several times a day... IMO not going lower.
2+M rev ... 37% year over year, 10 bagger IMO, as is PBGC
