"Tired of seeing 5-7 year old stuff ...." I'll bet you are, seeing how embarrassing it is. "it tells me a lot ...." It tells everyone a lot, and it must get harder and more discouraging daily trying to explain it all away, or pretend that it doesn't matter, when everyone can see that it does.
"things change." What are you suggesting has changed here? Another management team you gush about has replaced the ones you gushed about previously? That's not really a much of a "change".
