Smart money is, someone is slappen the ask almost all morning.

And it could be atrn or their interested buyer! They no longer have to file anything! Including insider buying. Could be they are grabbing up as many shares as possible so there are less shares that common folk own. And then at the 10 day mark announce the merger or aquisition. Pretty smart on their part if this opinion holds true!! A great way to minimize the expense of a merger!!! IMO
