Goldfarb was appointed CEO to lead the Kazaa project. Heavey and Siegel were handpicked by Goldfarb. It's entirely possible that Heavey and Siegel jumped ship because the Kazaa project went to hell in a hand basket.
That said, Dyne's on the BOD for Rdio and Atomico, which is part of his Europlay Capital Advisors portfolio. Look at the cast of characters for Rdio.
I am starting to think that running Kazaa in to the ground was the plan all along. Run Kazaa in to the ground, gobble up it's 800K subscribers and migrate them over to the Rdio platform to take advantage of THIS.
Facebook is said to be upping the initiatives on Search. Could ATRN be just a small piece of the puzzle for Facebook to take over the world? I still see Microsoft in the mix, too.
