Reading this, I think we are screwed for this summer. History shows they will likely continue to pick at whatever CGFIA gives them. I am betting they will also find more issues once they start inspecting the sites after the snow cover is gone and this will go on and on.
This is just very depressing. The only possible benefit is the value of this mill will have to be off the charts if they ever get approval to get it up and running. I hope people factor that into any estimate of the value of the company, if they can afford to stay in operation for another year while they wait.
