I believe they are supposed to start promotions 3 weeks ahead of the event. That's what was stated when they first started getting this event together.
Anyway from what I remember... I mean... there has been a lot of twists and turns. So IF they are going to start promotions 3 weeks ahead. It should start today or this week. They need to PR the hell out of this.
