Mea culpa nwtf. I'll admit to being on of those who were SLOW to wake up and smell the coffee.

What's a gifwood? A piece of wood saved as a .GIF file? I'll have to try that LOL.

So why is the sp where it is if Offer is buying back shares? After transferring the shares to the Caymans did he short the hell out of his own company to get the price down so he could buy them back? PL

Why would you be surprised that you received no comments when you addressed your question soley to Red?

I don't quite see the logic in Offor selling shares now for forty cents when he didn't sell a single share when the sp reached .96 cents and his holdings were in the US. It just doesn't make sense to me.

I'm willing to listen if anyone has anything more substantial than,,,,,,"I think".....or "he might be"......or "he must be".

I have watched Emeka Offor take a company that was in utter shambles....junk stock.....and turn it into a company that went toe to toe with XOM and APC and win. I've watched him secure operatorships of the two most favored blocks on the auction block. I've also seen him make deals and establish partnerships with reputable US oil co's. Right now he's probably engaged in negotiating solid production sharing contracts for the same blocks. I fully believe Offor and co will have several billion barrels of reserves at the end of the day. It just doesn't make sense he'd be selling at forty cents but I'm willing to any opposing views.

It's kind of rehashing the same old stuff.....and it remains anybodies guess who is selling/accumulating. My guess isn't any better than the rest.....but I do have my own theory and have posted same.
