IMO the JV and Dolberry didnt have that much oil to begin with!

I think they were found out to be leeches, liars and theives and they were dealt with accordingly by $MPIX :-)

As a shareholder that purchased at market price, I can understand that. Keep in mind though that Roxanna is the one offering those deals. This is the CEO that you are so fond of. What does the market price mean to her? When she sells direct, the money goes right into her pocket. She can cut the PPS in half and that just means she prints a bigger number on a certificate. You have to admit it makes it pretty easy for her to sell shares when she can tell people that as soon as they buy they've already doubled their money...they don't realize how much of a pain it is to convert those shares to be tradeable...

It has happened to people I know and it has apparently happened to Pire so I'm sure it has happened to many others as well.
